InSnaps: Celebrity Monitor - Effective date: May 8, 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of InSnaps: Celebrity Monitor ("App", "Service"), operated by Praksha Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1) Eligibility and Account

• The App, branding, design, and software are owned by or licensed to Praksha Technologies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Praksha Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of the App.

11) Termination

• We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if needed for security/legal reasons.
• You may stop using the App at any time and uninstall it from your devices.

12) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in your jurisdiction and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
