Before you email

  • One topic per email. If you have two unrelated issues, send two messages with the matching subjects.
  • Device and app version. Include your phone model, Android version, and the app version shown in Settings (if available).
  • Steps to reproduce for bugs: what you tapped, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • Screenshots or screen recordings help for visual glitches, crashes after a specific screen, or feed problems.
  • Do not send passwords or payment card numbers. We will never ask for them by email.
